Vierre Clothing Refund Policy

At Vierre Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• In original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at vierreclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). If the item you want is sold out, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Underwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll cover the return postage and send you a replacement or full refund.
